Refund policy

CONTACT US INFO@AMNOTBOUTIQUE.CA WITHIN 14 DAYS FOLLOWING YOUR PURCHASE. YOU MUST VALIDATE THE RETURN WITH US BEFORE SENDING YOUR ITEMS.

Our policy lasts 14 days after receiving your purchase. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

** RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY FOR REGULAR ITEMS SUCH AS REGULAR COLLECTIONS. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS AS WELL AS DISCOUNTED ITEMS (40% AND UP) **

To complete your return, we need a order number or proof of purchase.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if any):
Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our mistake.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receiving purchased items.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period of time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account again (can take up to 14 business days).
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released.
Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sales Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale (40% and up) can not be refunded.
Exchanges (if any)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have to exchange it for the same article, send us an email at info@amnotboutique.ca.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when you bought it and you shipped it directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item has not been marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the donor has received the order to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and he will inquire about your return.

Delivery
You'll have the option to purchase a prepaid printable Canada Post return label from us for $10. The $10 will be deducted from the refund of your original order or charged to you in the case of an exchange. You can also use the shipping provider of your choice (note: We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. For this reason, it is strongly recommended to take a tracking number and insurance in the case you do not wish to use our return label.). Note that, for an exchange, the delivery costs of the new article will be covered by AmNot. If you choose your own shipping provider, please note that we do not offer a shipping credit for ship back postage. Please mail the package within 7 days of receipt of instructions to be eligible for a full refund, otherwise it will be a store credit.

Our pre-paid labels from Canada Post have tracking and insurance, so you'll be able to track your return online at www.canadapost.ca. Once we have received it and inspected it, we'll refund your item(s) to your payment method excluding any outbound ship fees which are non-refundable, and if applicable, pre-paid return label fee.You will also receive an update when your new package is picked up by the post office in case of an exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
